TantaComm Systems' call center quality monitoring and agent evaluation tool, DartQA, provides the user with a mechanism for Training And Coaching called Behavior Notes. Behavior Notes are user-defined criteria which identify desired or undesired behavior in agent performance during the call. These behaviors are typically items that may not be easily classified in the scoring section of the evaluation. Using the DartQA client, supervisors and call center quality assurance personnel simply click on the behavior note which applies to the call in question. Reports are then run against the desired behavior notes to identify those agents in need of remedial training or commendation.
