Call center monitoring requirements often dictate that agent evaluation be conducted via live monitoring. This is easily accomplished on a local basis through PBX features such as "service observe" or "silent monitor", but conducting such activities across the enterprise can be problematic. TantaComm Systems provides a very convenient and powerful product, DartMon, that works in conjunction with other components of TantaComm's call center recording software to provide instantaneous, real-time live monitoring of any phone extension anywhere in the enterprise via a network connection. A key feature of TantaComm's call center recording software which makes this possible is the ability to conduct simultaneous multiple recording and live VOIP monitoring on each channel of the system.
