Large
call centers can handle tens of thousands of customer interactions
every day, making the task of locating, identifying and reproducing
the call a critical task that must be handled accurately and
efficiently. TantaComm's DartMP (Media Player) utility performs these
functions with a simple user interface that requires little or no
training and several customizable features that can optimize the
utility of the process to specific user requirements. DartMP can be
used to download and playback a call from any TantaComm recorder in
the enterprise.
DartMP
has been designed to be backwards compatible with all legacy
TantaComm voice file formats and includes capabilities for VoIP
files. The playback of screen capture or screen scrape recording has
now also been integrated into the audio player and utilizes
TantaComm's unique approach of having the entire audio/screen capture
experience reside in a single file.
Key
features of DartMP include;
Automatic
playback of 6.3 kbps, 4.8 kbps, G.729 and G.711 files without user
intervention.
Synchronized
playback of workstation video or screen capture when using
TantaComm's Proxy screen recording products.
Convert
to .wav function for email sharing of voice files (see fig 1)

The
ability to rename files for disposition or tracking purposes. (see
fig 2)

The
ability to immediately index to previously tagged portions of the
recording. (fig 3)
Configurable
templates which permit a user friendly interface for locating a
recording by telephone number, agent ID, product or campaign. (fig
4)


DartMP
also uncompresses TantaComm voice files as they are delivered to the
workstation which provides added security and greatly reducing the
load on your network. Dart MP requires Windows XP or greater
workstation with soundcard capability.
