On-Premise has been the preferred delivery model of many BPOs throughout the world. This collaboration allows the development of a strategic plan to manage the build, implementation, training, and support phases of the process.
This delivery model gives the client complete ownership of the interaction recording hardware and software. It also allows the client to monitor performance and ongoing compatibility with internal platforms and applications while leveraging TantaComm’s Support team as needed.
