The hardware and software reside on site with the client, comparable to the Traditional/On-Premise delivery model. Managed Services has the added benefit of being fully supplemented with a complete suite of capabilities, ranging from support to full administration. This approach allows the client to focus on core functions that are more closely tied to its business operations, while leaving the administrative and support work to the TantaComm team which specializes in supporting BPOs and their business models.
