December 7, 2009 TantaComm announces exclusive partnership with UTOPY

 

TantaComm, LLC, a leading provider of contact center recording solutions, is excited to announce an exclusive partnership agreement with UTOPY, an award-winning provider of Customer Intelligence and Performance Optimization solutions powered by Speech Analytics. 


“Speech Analytics is an important component of TantaComm’s 5-year business plan.  When TantaComm evaluated whether or not to develop an internal solution, we ultimately decided that partnering with UTOPY provided the highest value to our customer base,” said James Coan, TantaComm’s Chief Operating Officer, “The SpeechMiner® product is a layered enhancement to TantaComm’s overall product set and its patented contextual speech recognition feature is technologically superior to any other product on the market.” 


In recent months, SpeechMiner® has won the 2009 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award, 2009 Speech Technology Excellence Award, and the 2009 TMC Labs Innovation Award.  Recognized for its advanced technology, the UTOPY speech analytics application is complementary to TantaComm’s suite of contact center recording solutions.  Leveraging SpeechMiner®, TantaComm clients will be able to optimize contact center performance through emotion detection and conversation analytics in more than 50 languages.

December 4, 2009 TantaComm releases Dart 3.0

 

TantaComm, LLC, a leading provider of contact center recording solutions, is excited to announce the release of Dart 3.0, the company’s most advanced suite of contact center quality management and total recording solutions.  Dart 3.0 provides users with increased functionality including a web-based user interface, which allows convenient and streamlined access to the suite’s scheduling, reviewing, evaluating, and reporting capabilities.


“The new suite provides clients with a more holistic view of customer interactions for both internal and outsourced contact center resources,” said James Coan, Chief Operating Officer, “The launch of Dart 3.0, like all TantaComm version upgrades, is an included service level entitlement for our clients.  One of our platform’s strengths is lower total cost of ownership through complimentary upgrades.”


Dart 3.0’s enhanced data-driven reporting capabilities help clients facilitate improved interaction with internal and external partners.  Rich in scheduling options, the suite allows operational users to create schedules by employee, product, client, agency, or vendor.

November 11, 2009 Gartner highlights TantaComm as one of the leading QM vendors in 2010 marketplace report

 

In the 2010 Contact Center Call Recording and Quality Monitoring Vendor Landscape Report,Gartner recognized TantaComm as a leading vendor in the quality management space. Industry analyst and report author Jim Davies noted:

 

"TantaComm is a small, but established, call-recording and QM vendor. The company is in the process of executing on a five-year business plan, and intends to evolve to become a WFO vendor within 12 months through a combination of in-house development, acquired technology and partnerships. The latest version of its browser-based solution can be deployed in-house or via SaaS through one of TantaComm's U.S.-based data centers. The company also supports hybrid deployments (part in-house, part SaaS) so that customers can better adjust to seasonal agent-recording demands. The QM solution supports most common requirements, including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and has a strong encryption capability via a codeveloped SafeNet solution. Speech analytics is provided via a partnership with Utopy.
