
President & CEO
As President and CEO of TantaComm, Charley provides executive leadership and oversight across all company functional areas including sales, channel management, business development, marketing, and operations. He is currently positioning the company for significant market growth through continued technological advancement and the development of strategic relationships.
Prior to joining TantaComm, Charley served as President and Chief Operating Officer of JT Packard & Associates, Inc., a service-based organization focused on maintaining power to vital operations and technology. While at JT Packard, Charley assembled and led the management team, increasing sales by more than 40% and profit margins by 50%. During his tenure at JT Packard, the firm was listed on the Inc. 500 for two consecutive years and received Frost & Sullivan’s Market Penetration Leadership award.
As Vice President of Inacom Information Systems, a provider of information technology services and education, Charley developed a joint venture strategy that resulted in the elimination of significant competitors. He penetrated two new major markets and increased one division’s revenue by 35%. He also initiated a partnership program with Microsoft that gained Inacom recognition as the Microsoft Worldwide Partner of the Year.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, James oversees product development, operations, and finance, and provides insightful leadership of the company’s pricing strategy, strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate planning.
Having held senior leadership positions with a variety of technology and service firms, James has consistently developed and implemented successful business strategies and strategic partnerships. With a decade of experience in software development and IT Management, he is particularly knowledgeable on the alignment of information technology to serve business aims with an emphasis on leveraging data to drive business processes.
As Vice President of Sales and Business Development for JT Packard, a national provider of critical power service, James consistently identified, attracted, and recruited key leadership and established sales systems to maximize new business. During his tenure, the firm experienced exponential revenue growth, was listed on the Inc. 500 for two consecutive years, and received the Frost & Sullivan’s Market Penetration Leadership Award. His winning business models have led to sustainable systems for continued company growth.

Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Trisha has more than 20 years of professional experience. From MCI and PictureTel to TDSMetrocom and Choice One Communications, Trisha has spent more than a decade in a Vice President role in the telecommunications industry. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TantaComm, where she is responsible for building strategic alliances; business planning; managing national “go-to-market” brand strategies; integration planning; and execution. Trisha leads all marketing and sales activities with a focus on client interactions and market growth.
Throughout her career, Trisha has been involved in two start-up telecommunications companies, TDS Metrocom and Choice One Communications, and in her role as Vice President of Marketing Operations at Choice One, she was part of the senior management team that drove a successful IPO on the NASDAQ. She had direct oversight in different operational functions of these companies, including sales management, product development, pricing, client services, and marketing communications.
Trisha has consistently identified, attracted, and recruited the talent to produce award-winning sales and marketing teams suited to cultures of growth. She has studied the habits of the top 10 percent of sales performers in organizations of all sizes – from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses.
Vice President, Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services, Lisa is responsible for developing the tools, knowledge, and infrastructure to continuously improve client satisfaction. She maintains a strong client focus and ensures that internal technology projects are developed, defined, and executed in support of client objectives.
For more than thirteen years, Lisa has been developing client-focused support tools and processes. As Vice President of Client Management for Protocol Integrated Marketing, Lisa was accountable for relationship management, client strategic planning, program development, operational performance, and client profitability. As the manager of a robust, multi-vertical team, she developed an ongoing training curriculum for the client services department and improved the client implementation process. Because of the defined protocols and timelines the process afforded, upstream dependencies were reduced resulting in improved quality and speed-to-market for 100% of client implementations.
By clearly defining client expectations, allocating the appropriate resources, and establishing a quality delivery model, Lisa proactively maintains strong client relationships. She strives to deliver customer support that exceeds expectations throughout the client delivery process.
