Dan NordlohPresident & CEO

 

Todd Meister is an accomplished executive with demonstrated results in sales, channel management, business development, marketing and operations. 


Prior to joining TantaComm, Todd served as Vice President of Global Channel Strategy & North America Channel Sales at Avaya, where he was recognized as one of the "Top 75 Channel Executives" in the U.S. by VAR Business magazine. During his tenure at Avaya, Todd managed a sales division in excess of $600M and received several industry recognition awards for growth initiatives.  Preceding Avaya, Todd served as President and COO of AEBS, a consulting and systems integration firm.  He has held several key leadership positions in sales and sales management at EMC, StorageTek and Breece Hill Technologies. 


Todd served one term as Treasurer and two terms on the board of directors of CompTIA, a leading association representing the international technology community. Meister received a B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

 

 

Leo BostonVice President, Enterprise Architecture

 

One of the original founders of TantaComm, Leo brings over 30 years of IT design and development experience to the company.  He was responsible for the design and development of the company’s first digital recording product, the DART8.  The product was introduced to the contact center industry in 1995, and a significant number of the systems are still in production recording calls after thirteen years, a testament to the reliability of the design.  Since the late 1990s Leo has headed up a team of software and hardware design engineers that have developed and placed into production TantaComm’s latest generation recording platform, the Net Auditor.  Other applications, like DartQA, TantaComm’s quality assurance suite, and DartMON for real time agent monitoring, have also been developed by Leo’s team.   Today, Leo continues to head up the development team and plays a central role in the concept and design of new enterprise architecture.

With more than 14 years of contact center management experience, Lisa offers insightful perspectives to help ensure that TantaComm is focused on solutions, support and strategies that deliver true value to our clients. An experienced leader and communicator, Lisa’s role is pivotal in evolving the expectations of clients, and working to ensure that our resources are aligned and prepared to exceed those expectations. Lisa’s depth and breadth of knowledge allow her to confidently lead TantaComm's Project Management and Best Practices Consulting groups, offering our clients sound expertise to augment or complement their own in-house capabilities.

 

 

Ginney McAdamsDirector of Strategic Accounts

 

With over 15 years of experience in IT consulting, education and managed services, Ginney brings a unique customer focused approach to the TantaComm sales and marketing team.  Recognizing that the adoption of new technology is a complex and sometimes costly endeavor, Ginney notices that too many companies focus on the purchase of hardware and software and overlook the people factor.  As such, many projects experience setbacks, delays and sometimes ultimate failure.  At TantaComm, we strive to understand our clients’ unique environment and employee culture.  Ginney’s background in Knowledge Assessments, Enterprise Project Management and Technology Adoption help her to identify a solution which will maximize her customers’ technology investment and reduce total cost of ownership.  Ginney has a proven track record of success with small and medium sized businesses, Fortune 100 and 500 companies, colleges and universities and state and local government.  She is also highly skilled at recruiting and retaining exceptional sales talent and building a sales strategy focused on growing the organization at a rate which allows healthy contributions to ongoing research and development, focused on customer satisfaction and increased customer loyalty.
