The Technical Support Specialist provides technical assistance and training to clients in the use of call recording and quality management solutions. The Technical Support Specialist configures and installs hardware and software applications according to client needs, documents and resolves any system issues, and proactively monitors and reviews log files and system performance.
Ideal Candidates will possess:
- Bachelor's degree: Management Information Technology, Computer Science, or 2-3 years of related experience or training
- Proficiency in LINUX, Microsoft Windows environment, communication protocols including TCP/IP, SSH, and FTP clients
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

Technical Support Director: Madison, WI
The Technical Support Director is responsible for ensuring support processes are defined, implemented, and managed. A leader and tremendous communicator, the Director of Technical Support is the pivotal role in ensuring that TantaComm client service level expectations are continually and accurately met. This position will ultimately be responsible for the P&L associated with the various responsibilities, services and resources comprising Technical Support.
