Training


TantaComm’s Professional Services team offers customized and
personalized training sessions for BPOs in both onsite and remote formats. The team of technicians and BPO industry specialists will work to train the client’s organization in how to best utilize and support the TantaComm system from all levels, including Agent, Supervisor, Evaluator, and Administrator roles.

Onsite Training
All on-site courses include instructor-led demonstrations and hands-on practice in the customer’s environment following the implementation process. Each training session is tailored to the customer’s needs to provide a comprehensive understanding of the system for optimal performance. The Professional Services team delivers training based on the user role within the BPO.

Technical End Users

  • Administrator-Level Training – TantaComm’s Professional Services offers extensive training for hardware implementation, platform architecture/integration, setting security and permissions parameters, maintenance procedures, and hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Support Certification – IT resources provide hands-on training of advanced administration and maintenance such as project moves, additions, and changes or deletions, as well as troubleshooting. This training is recommended for BPOs who wish to perform their own technical support with remote assistance from TantaComm’s Support Team.

Business End Users

  • Evaluator Training – access, retrieval, and playback of interaction recordings, creation of quality evaluations, and reporting of Call Center agents or products assigned. Based on these interactions, Evaluators can quickly gauge success according to the defined quality performance metrics.
  • Supervisor Training – access, retrieval, and playback of interaction recordings, review of quality evaluations, and reporting of Call Center agents assigned. Supervisors can efficiently measure the success of their team members according to the established quality performance metrics.
  • Agent Training – access, playback, and evaluation review and feedback.

 

Remote Training

TantaComm offers web-based training to accommodate the BPO’s dynamic environment. Remote training provides an easy way to accommodate end users from multiple call center locations, to train new employees, or to address need-based circumstances based on a BPO’s changing requirements. With both Onsite and Remote training, user documentation is available for all end user participants.
