Managed Services


A Managed Services solution facilitates a true partnership between the client and TantaComm. The hardware and software reside on site with the client, comparable to the Traditional/On-Premise delivery model. Managed Services has the added benefit of being fully supplemented with a complete suite of capabilities, ranging from support to full administration. This approach allows the client to focus on core functions that are more closely tied to its business operations, while leaving the administrative and support work to the TantaComm team which specializes in supporting BPOs and their business models.

Each business relationship is different, and TantaComm will work with the clients to better understand each of their administrative needs. The resulting strategic road map will result in an affordable, effective, and reliable managed services plan that delivers results for the client based on three tiers of support.

Key Features:

  • Environment Monitoring Support: TantaComm has the authority to move, add, change, and delete interaction data based on its suite of management tools
  • Full Administrative Support: TantaComm provides a dedicated resource to the customer that is actively involved with the customer’s day-to-day customer service initiatives.
  • OS Management Support: TantaComm completes all OS and Software patching on behalf of the client
  • All of these approaches are an on-premise solution supplemented with a suite of capabilities which reduce or entirely eliminate a client’s administrative responsibility
  • Managed Services allows clients to allocate their IT resources so that they can work on strategic initiatives core to their business
  • This approach takes advantage of SNMP tools to proactively monitor and support servers and software on location
